 VANCOUVER • The pilot of a fiery hot-air balloon  that crashed in a B.C. field, killing two women, said he is “shaken to the core”  by the incident.
 Steve Pennock said yesterday he is still recovering from the shock  of the hot-air balloon exploding in his face as he prepared to launch it from the  Hazelmere RV and Campsite in South Surry on Saturday night.
